Graduate Developer and Application Support

We are looking for someone with tertiary qualifications in IT with a focus on software development who is eager to learn the ServiceNow platform.

Initially you will be providing application support for our customers on the ServiceNow platform, and occasionally onsite support to our Sydney CBD based clients.

Skills and Experience

The following skills will be an advantage:

  • Experience with web development frameworks such as AngularJS, React, Ruby
  • Understanding of Agile software development principles

Level 1/2 Service Desk Support – Position closed

We are looking for someone with tertiary qualifications in IT or someone with some service desk experience who is eager to learn more.

Can you code? If so, we want to help you expand on those skills. Learn JavaScript, AngularJS, and more….

Initially you will be providing end user support over the phone and email, and occasionally onsite support to our Sydney CBD based clients.

There’s an added bonus – we don’t get that many calls on the phone so you will have time to focus on your work and provide a high quality service to our clients and also learn loads.

Powershell / SCCM Engineer – Position closed

We are looking for a Desktop Engineer who wants to expand their skills working on identity management platforms such as Azure AD, Okta, and CASB security products such as Netskope. Working for us will definitely future proof your skill set.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Project based work implementing solution designs
  • As-built documentation
  • SCCM Current Branch administration
  • Windows 10 SOE creation and deployment
  • PowerShell automation for server builds, AD user and group migrations, GPO migrations, DHCP scopes, and printer shares
  • MDM administration
  • Amazon Workspaces administration

To be shortlisted you must have at least 3 years experience in the following

  • Administration of SCCM Current Branch
  • OSD task sequence configuration for Windows 7 and Windows 10
  • PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Windows Server infrastructure, Active Directory, GPO configuration and management, DNS, DHCP, File and Print
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desirable skills include experience in any of the following areas

  • Experience in an MDM solution such as Intune, Airwatch, or MobileIron
  • AAD Connect, ADFS, Office 365
  • Cloud Infrastructure – Azure, AWS
  • Identity management such as Okta or Azure AD
  • Linux system administration and bash scripting

Interview process

After the initial interview which will take approximately 20-30 minutes, you will be required to perform some support and Powershell scripting tasks to determine your level of expertise.
