ND&Co, in collaboration with Blackmores, have embarked on a large scale project to uplift the ServiceNow platform to delivery the Future Ways of Working - FWoW - to provide the latest platform features to uplift the customer experience.

 

  • Implement the Employee Center to provide a holistic one-stop shop for all IT and marketing requests, with the capability to expand to further departments in the future.

  • Enhance the mobile user experience to enable staff to work on the run.

  • Uplift Change Enablement processes to align with Therapeutic Goods Administration and Good Manufacturing Practice principles as defined under Australian Government Department of Health guidelines.

  • Implement IT Operations Management to uplift the CMDB and Asset Management processes.

  • Automate processes with IntegrationHub.
